LAUNCH LA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has produced TARFEST for the past 21 years. The festival strives to provide emerging musical and visual artists a unique opportunity to perform and engage with new audiences in a beautiful outdoor setting in order to foster mutual understanding, support, and appreciation of the importance of creative expression and community.
