Black Editions celebrates the release of Children of the Forest, a new double album of never-before-heard private recordings of the late Milford Graves (1941-2021) recorded in 1976 with the late Arthur Doyle (1944-2014) and Hugh Glover (1937). Black Editions founder Peter Kolovos will play the album in its entirety; the album will also be available for sale.
Hugh Glover, co-producer Michael Ehlers, Tatiana Graves-Kochuthara (Milford Graves’s grandaughter) and filmmaker Jake Meginsky will be present to be in conversation with the audience at this special event.
